Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We prepare your order within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Business days run Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

For Instapay payments, preparation begins once we receive and verify your transfer screenshot.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your governorate. Greater Cairo, Alexandria, and the Delta are usually faster, while more remote governorates may take up to the maximum.

During peak periods (holidays, major promotions) delivery may take an extra day or two, and we'll let you know if a delay happens.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your governorate, and shown to you before you confirm your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, our courier or our team will contact you on the mobile number registered with your order to arrange a delivery time. Please make sure this number is correct and reachable.

On Delivery

• Inspect the package before accepting it. If the outer packaging is visibly opened or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, please have the full amount ready, including shipping fees.
• If no one is available to receive the order after two delivery attempts, it will be returned to us, and re-shipping will carry a new shipping fee.
